Shipping policy

All ship orders marked as delivered will be treated as such.  Please make arrangements to be home when delivery occurs or have your item delivered to a secure location to prevent package theft.  We cannot be responsible for package theft.

If you are using a freight forwarding company (or similar service), we are not responsible for any damages after it has been delivered to the location listed on the order. It is the customer's responsibility for any damage that may occur after the delivery to the address provided on the order.
